Trent Park Animal Sanctuary 🐓 🐎 🦆 🐢 🦉
We had such a wonderful day at Trent Park today!
We walked through the park to find the animal sanctuary. We saw some ducks swimming and JCBs working on our way.
We absolutely loved saying hello to all the different animals!
We saw tortoises, sheep, goats, horses, owls, chickens, birds and deer.
We watched the ferrets climbing in their cages for ages, we found it very funny!
We loved spotting all the different animals hiding in their homes. Most of the animals have been rescued and are poorly, we found out lots of information on our way round the sanctuary.
There was a small play area on our way out. We pretended to ride on a tractor, climbed around a castle and explored the pirate ship. We even saw some little fish by the exit.
We had such a great day and enjoyed our picnic and a rest on the field afterwards.
