A Day on the Field ☀️
This morning we packed up our picnic and blankets for nap time and headed off to Welham Green field!
The older children helped the little ones to walk across the field independently.
We had lots of fun chasing one another and running around in the fresh air!
We enjoyed exploring the flowers and plants on the field, they were a little bit damp but we didn’t mind collecting some bits and pieces for a camp fire.
We called over the horses and after lots of shouting, they came to say hello! We were so excited as we haven’t seen them in such a long time.
At rest time, the little ones had a great nap outdoors while the older children enjoyed role playing together and searching for sticks.
