Village Treasure Hunt 🗺️
This morning we drew our own treasure maps and decided to see what we could find around Welham Green.
We played a game of ‘find the’ and spotted car colours, letters on number plates, numbers on signs and counted lampposts.
We made sure to stop and check our maps to see if we were still going the right way to the shops, we showed the younger children where we were going on our maps.
We stopped off on the green for a run around and collected sticks, explored the trees and chased one another.
We also had so much fun balancing on the benches, we were careful to give one another space and wait for an adult to help us.
